That m1151 you bought is basically brand new truck, every component is unused.
I am just wondering which one of these is actually better truck in general, the M1151s or M1114s ?
replacing front springs doesn’t require jack stand, in fact it’s the opposite, you need to be able to raise and lower the vehicle and one end of the control arm,
No need to open the hood or lay under the vehicle,
17 minutes to take a spring out
30 min to put it back,

Swapped my M1123 front springs from 954 lb to 1728 lb,
I can’t stand those 954s
100 lb brush guard made them sag.
I have snow plow springs on my HMC4 hummer, I love the sharp handling.
does anybody know where I can buy used ECV front springs ?
or I can do trade for 954s
I would like to change my m1123 front springs to ECV 2000lb rate springs.
