The steering wheel on my M1079 has about a 20 degree roataion to it as I drive straight. The truck drives well, just steering wheel rotated. Any suggestions on how to align the monster front end?
The mirrors are constantly being blown into different positions rendering them useless. What have...
I'm the Medical Director for the Goodyear Proving Grounds here. They worked a sweetheart deal for me. I've overseen their first responders and taught Stop the Bleed courses for them for five years without reimbursement.
Apparently CARA has a zombie CTIS controller. The CTIS controller on CARA (1998 M1079) has always flashed all five lights as soon as the engine was started. Since I installed the MWM air dryer replacement the CTIS has come back to life and is working perfectly. I'm sure glad I didn't buy the...

Thanks in advance,
E

I wondered why the spare tire lift on my 1998 M1079 would not lower the tire. It appears that the lift was too high when the new box was put on in 2013. I had to lift the box about 2" to be able to get the lift in proper position. It worked perfectly after repositioning.
Also replaced Oil Line...
