    Aside from the obvious diesel precautions (good/blended fuel and good working glow plugs) are there any other things to consider? It can get **** cold up here in the winter. what have you 6.2 owners' experiences been?

    Looking for a running (no-rust) m1008 or m1028. Interested in sources that are non-auction types like Gov't liq. I've seen a place out in CO that does several maintenance routines, but CO is a bit far. I obviously look at Craigslist, but i'm still wary as here in the NE we just have too much...

    I've been a chevy fan for some time. The 73-87s especially...I have a soft spot for them. Rugged and simple....for the simple minds like me. I dont know why they had to change.... ever since i discovered the CUCVs i've wanted one more than you can imagine. I've had a couple of years to study...
