If you look in the picture through the fence, it was taken AFTER I rigged a snorkle (I was getting nervous about how close to the intake I was)...The water, at the deepest points, had me sitting up to my waist in the driver's seat. I haven't found those photos yet, but the one through the fence...

Yes...He is also a volunteer instructor (Transportation/Maintenance Shop) with the Academy. He utilizes his vehicles for use with us as well. Good Man.
