I used the Airpak rebuild method that Plowboy linked to. It worked great. You'll need an airpak rebuild kit for an 800 series 5 ton and that piston out of the 5 ton airpak. Big Mikes, Eriks Surplus or others might have the rebuild kit. The piston is the harder part to find, but I might know...
