    Help with 5 Ton Wheel Identification

    I've been trying to figure that out myself. I have a set of front loading f106 axles. I know they came in 6 and 10 bolt. From a parts diagram it would appear that as long as you had the parts from the knuckle out(spindle et all) it might work. Anyone try this? In know the 106 is a different animal.

    I'm in the same boat now :) Just got a set of these and am getting plates made to convert them to 2.5 ton 6 bolt. Before I paid for the plating work I wanted to make sure I could get the parts.     Where can I find....

    Did more research...looks like my wheels are actually from a M1083 Series 5-Ton 6x6 Medium Tactical not Hemtt. Now I know why they looked a bit different and had 20 bolts etc. In addition to Orings I could use some studs ( that hold the rim 1/2s together) i'm missing 10 studs, all the nuts (...

Not to sound cheap as it my life and those around me but I did not want to spend $ 7-22 bucks a nut(especially as i have the 20 bolt Hutchison version of the hemtt rims and 80 is a lot of nuts to purchase.)
