Mine did the same thing. Loosened and tightened it and it has been fine since. Mine started after I turned up the fuel a little bit. It was fine before.

    Mep-017a mod

Were the mep-017a's ever modified by the military for a 240v neutral mod? I got mine running and checking voltages it has 240 between L2 and L3 in 240v 2 wire single phase but checking further it reads 120 between L0 and L2 and L0 and L3. No neutral mod needed?

Any tailgates for a Deuce there?

    Can anyone identify this device?

I think what you have is one of the old home built 24v DC welders. They built them with surplus aircraft generator. http://www.vintageprojects.com/metal-welding/AutoArcWelder.pdf

    Air leak

I replaced it tonight and put ion two remote drain valves while I was at it. The old one is maked 150 psi. Just figured it would be better to replace. Hard to tell how old it is or how worn the spring has gotten.

    Air leak

Sounds good. I already picked one up at the local Tractor Supply. Just have to figure out the easiest way to get to it. Looks like it will be dropping the spare.

    Air leak

Ooops. I meant not over 120 psi for the air system. Need to read these better before I post. I have looked and I can also find one set at 145 psi.

    Air leak

No I haven't. It leaks all of the time. It will bleed off allof the air pressure in about 15 minutes. I can get one for an air compressor that is rated for 125. I would think that should work. The manual just says not over 125 psi.

    Air leak

I have an air leak at the pressure safety valve on my air tanks. Does anyone know what pressure these are rated at? I am thinking I could get one for an air compressor and use it. I haven't dug through the manuals yet to see if it is in there.
