I added a side air scoop on each side of the truck because it gets pretty hot in the back on hot summer days, the one in pic has a pipe attached to it lets a lot of air in, it can also be closed off with a door that I work with a spring from inside the truck

yes these ambulances are tall to begin with lol and a bit top heavy but i like the rocking ride, funny when u pull out over a curb or something at an angle and it leans back & forth kinda like a bus lol:-D probly has a bit to do with having no front sway bar because of lift the end links won't...
I love these ambulances mine is a 76 I love it, I converted to power steering and a smaller wheel since it steers so easy now and thats with 37" tires have fun with it:beer:
