What's up with this light bracket?

Anybody close to Robins AFB in GA?
I'm watching a couple of HMMV winches on the gov liquidation site at Warner Robins AFB in GA. I'm trying to figure out a way to ship them to Winchester, VA. LU4-133 Is that our winch?
Stumbled across an ad for a PTO and winch a guy thinks is off of an M37. He says it has LU4-133 stamped on the winch. Does that mean anything? Any other ways to ID it? -

Need help deciphering GL description
http://cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view?id=925367#ItemManifest The description sounds like this lot is just an accesory pack for the winch, but it shows a pic of a complete winch in a box and the listed value sounds pretty high just for acessories. New M37 owner
I found this M37 close to where I live, guy gave me a great deal on this and a M105 trailer. Body and frame are solid, some surface rust but only a few bad spots on the bed. The top is rotted out. But as far as I can tell there aren't any missing parts, (the bumper is in the bed) Right now...
