Odd. It didn't give me any issues for about 1000 miles. Maybe you cut the turn to hard/sharp or something. I dunno but you're prolly right. A reinforcement weld would be a good idea.
Here's pics of the Curt hitch and pintle adapter that I installed last week. Did the job. Still a little low for the M1101 trailer that I picked up Monday, so I'll be switching out the tires on the trailer and should be level.

Managed to get the back window in the m1009 tinted. I suck at tinting, lol. Started to do the passenger window and wind caught it and fraked it all up. So, gonna do what I should have in the first place and pony up the extra $ and have a pro do it tomorrow, lol.

Did a quick CAD and am 3D printing gauge bezel for the Oil Pressure and Water Temp gauges that I am installing, tomorrow.
Following is the first 3 layers out of 49 that will be printed. The lines that you see are the reticular fill lines. You won't see those. The final layers will be solid.
Actually, it will probably outlast the muffler. It's basically the same material as that aluminum tape they sell at Autozone for repairs. I just got 45 more yards of it at Home Depot for the same price, is all.
