I contacted Miller and they said they don't make a machine that will supply 208 3 phase only 240 3 phase, probably going to be tough to find.

I made them, the J hooks were there but the hold down was missing, I'm using "surplus" UPS batteries so I decided to make my own hold downs, just some 3/16 bar stock and I welded two cross bars to help keep the batteries from shifting.

Installed the battery terminal cover kit.

As I stated in my previous post you are missing the alternator wiring harness that connects to the tractor harness, that loose large round plug.

My PS pump was noisy and the brake pedal was pulsing, I installed a new pump and it cured both issues. When the booster goes bad it usually starts weeping fluid where the rod exits to the pedal.
