ya the truck is designed for 5 ton overland but can haul 10 ton on paved roads, I used to haul 10 ton + loads alot up north, nothing phased that hyd system, did the mechanics put a pressure gauge on the pump to see what it was putting out ?? they should have??
yep. i know what you mean , up north i used to put 100 miles on it in a month , been down here going on 9 yrs and aint put 500 mi on it, been thinking of selling it but it would be like cutting off my arm .
plowed snow and hauled alot of stone, dirt, and mulch up in mass for 15 years. she got 24 k mi on her and runs like a fine swiss watch, probably outlast me
i'll be turning 75 next month, probably won;t plow snow anymore with the beast, but i sure won't get rid of her as long as i can push the pedals and climb into her.

states are whacked. i plowed for the town with my M-51 up in mass for 13 yrs . cum down here and they won't accept the mass title. but they accepted titles on the other three cars. had to have the state police inspect it and confirm it was'nt stolen
