Thanks fellas, I actually forgot about the MAC chart. After all it has been almost 20 years since I actually had to thumb through a mil-spec manual. So 4 hours sounds like a good estimate, with pneumatic tools, probably do it just under 3 hours.

I never had that happen to me or ever recall having someone reporting a complaint similar to that. Are you sure the buzzing sound came from the card? IIRC, there is a buzzer so to speak on the fuse box assembly. IMO I would not worry about it if it never happens again. What if you warm up...
