Does anybody know of a shop in the southern calif area, Rancho Cusamonga/San bernardino area that can work on m1009 24/12 systems. Everything works but lights. Ithink its a dead short and the batterys drain when hooked up.
I don't believe I have a glow plug issue. The glow plugs get 12 vlots and perform great. Starts right away. Every works fine now but the running lights, parking, turn signals, back up, and heater.
Hey thanks. Yes the input side to one of the large post actually receives 24 from the resistor ( I call it at power converter / from the 24 volt side it converts it to 12 volts but only under load). and then the output I call it, the other large post is then 12 volts also that goes to the glow...
Temp switch is good and thanks! GOT IT FIXED and runs great. Had a bad glow plug relays from Auto Zone, the second relays works.
Problem! I left the lights on and killed the batterys. Charged them up runs good but now the lights don't work and with it off the batterys drain. Huh? oh boy...
