Do you know if i need to modify anything to use the Hemtt wheels?

I am considering putting super singles on a 5ton dump. After reading a few of the posts I am confused as to which wheel or rim to use. Some wheel sellers tell me that HEMTT will work with out modification and others tell me I have to use combat wheels. I was looking at using the 16.00 r20 tires...
