    First fuel filter change, missing important parts

    Doing the first fuel filter change since I got the truck ('71 M35A2). The primary was easy thanks to lots of posts here and the TMs. Then came the secondary and final... removing was easy but when I dissembled everything to get the sludge out I noticed that the filters were pretty much not doing...
