Hemtt transmission started acting funny today. First noticed shift points are higher than the TMs suggested rpm of 2100. Mine shifts about 2200-2250. Second I noticed that the tcc would lockup then immediately disengage. On light throttle it will work normally but go up a hill and it will...
i found so info in 9-2320-279-20-2 however it doesnt specify which hose goes to which fitting on the bulkhead. so not sure if that means it doesnt matter which fitting or if im just not seeing the info
cant for the life of me find anything in the TMs as far as air line diagrams. ive got a truck that someone started to replace the cab and didnt label which line goes where. the lines are stamped with numbers but the ports arent. thanks
Sooooooooo here it is......
tires aired up to 60psi to start with. i turn ignition on, truck builds to 120, runs pressure check, then gives me 4 flashing lights and the Left Front Tire bleeds off through the front vent down to about 35 psi. i have more than one issue but the issue im trying to...
Can't get may system to inflate past 28 psi. Then as the system shuts off the left front bleeds down to 18psi. I rebuilt that air valve with no resolve. I do have a rear axle hub leak, is that enough to prevent inflation past 28psi?
ok replaced the faulty solenoids and system functions. however it cant seem to inflate the tires. I do have a leaking wheel valve that will get fixed but also hear a lot of air movement in the rear hub area. cant tell if this noise normal or a hub leak. any tips?
also what fails in the wheel...
ok so I have a m934a2 with 5 flashing lights the come on after normal air pressure is reached. the in cab unit will pressure check but not work. ive looked for leaks during the pressure check and can find none. Ive read through this but could use some additional thoughts. thanks
I had high idle afterwards but was able to adjust it back to normal no issue. Just have the black smoke. Should I just go back and adjust the ore boost fuel or look to see if I messed something up
So i adjusted my governor 4 clicks and gained maybe 300 rpm. but now i have excessive black smoke on acceleration from a dead stop. i never saw or read anything a bout having to counter adjust the pre boost fuel so am wondering if this is normal. thanks
