    I pulled the battery's from the 003a to put into a mep002a that I was selling. Put two battery's from the tenders into the Mep003a went to prime and run heard a couple of clicks then nothing. So checked battery's one was 12.5v other 8v. So replaced the bad one, now have 25.3v. The glow plugs...

    Cleaning contaminated fuel System NHC250

    Question is the fuel passages in the head between injectors, what is the best way to clean them? Sent the fuel tank out for cleaning, it will be a few weeks before I get to all the lines. Just trying to get my ducks in a row.

    My non turbo makes a ton of smoke with the FDC still working, I think its that way on all non turbo's, as the turbo was only added to clean up some of the smoke.

    Truck starts and runs great, however with normal braking it dies. Starts right back up. I unhooked the lock up solenoid for 5th gear on the transmission, made no difference. I shifted in to neutral while beginning to brake, still stalls out. Could the PT pump be causing this as the injectors...

    http://dieselparts.com/ Check with Premco Lamlasas TX. Got a set of rebuilt injectors for a Nhc250, truck starts great and runs like a top now, was 75 per injector, 25 core core charge ea. Simp5782 had told me about them.

    Unless it’s been modified the M809 series trucks have a mechanical gauge.

    Corrected RRAD paint over rust program. Was not near job that I had envisioned. Hood does not shift back and forth when being closed now!

    The fuel filter and the housing had rust inside , I had put I believe power service diesel clean in it after the filter change. Fuel now has a green tint to it but clean. No algae at all, that stuff sucks, had that problem with a 3406E one time from bad fuel. Fuel coming out of the pump past...

    It tried to start with the return line clamped off, but would not. I did find the problem, clogged injectors, makes sense how all went bad at once.

    Swapped the PT pump from the M931a1 (runs great) on to the M927 and primed it , no joy . Same thing will on start on starting fluid then die after the short shot. So school me on the fuel system where it goes into the head, I can't believe that all six injectors went out at the same time...

    Shaft is dry, oil level is normal, no fuel smell in the oil. Will a PT pump from a m809 series nhc250 swap? To rule in or out that it is the pump.
