    1997 MP Suburban

    Thanks for all the comments and help everyone. I crawled under it today and noticed that the rearend and suspension is 3/4 ton even though its titled as a 1/2 ton? just 1 more weird thing about it. Also it has 2 batteries but is only 12 volt. Gave it a tune up today,plus all new shocks.

    It does have switches on the dash for the lights, the NATO adapter is hooked up not sure if it works? It has 2 batteries?

    Stonepicker1 when did you see it on EBay? I bought it from a member on here, it was at Southeastern military academy and they sent me all there service records some date back to 2004. The colonel there told me that it came from West Point?

    It's titled as a K1500 but that is the transmission that was in it when I received it. It has the gas 5.7 liter and other than that I have not been able to find any info about these online at all?

    I got my 1997 Military Police Suburban that I bought from BBF on the road this week. Installed a new 4L80e transmission, new U joints and a new battery. Shes sweet! :beer:
