Oops, my bad. I see yours is installed on your truck. Mine is mounted on a pole where I park my truck.
I hope you find out what the problem is, mine does the exact same thing. New shocks didn't help. I also jacked up each wheel and they spun freely with no play in the bearings and no wobble.
How much paint do you think it would take to paint a water buffalo if it was a single color? I getting ready to buy some CARC and don't want to get too much.
