Don't forget about your inter-tube this year guys. Hopefully the weather and the river will cooperate like it did last year. I think we need to expand our float a few more miles, maybe start farther north this time, any takers?
Hey SW hopefully the gang from Lancaster will be there, which movies should we bring? The grandson is already talking about how much fire works to bring.
What a great time. Don't forget your inner tubes next year everyone, that float down the river was great. Michell thanks to you and Westy for watching my undys (wink wink), boy did things get weird this year or what?
Jeff, I will vote for the mower, but this year let everyone mow there own spot, you looked like you were going to pass out last year. Besides it really looked great.
I don't know about the relays but I just hooked up some of the 24 volt lights to the rear of my Deuce. The only thing I did was unhook the connector to the tail lights that controls the blackout lamps and hooked it to the lights, it worked like a charm, and no extra wire to run and no extra...
Some one said something earlier about a SS flag. I wasn't aware that we had one, or will this be a first? Sounds like a good idea, I would like to have one.
Sounds like we have a pretty good size group again this year. Any one else want to join our little convoy, leaving on Thursday morning. I would say a good meeting place would be a the truck stop at Route 70 and 42. Meeting time is still up in the air, prefer to be early maybe around 7 or 8 am.
Thanks Dabtl and Doghead, Since I haven't torn one of the air packs apart yet I wasn't sure if they both led to the same chamber. Once again the Steel Soldiers Boys come to the rescue.
Thanks,
Old Grunt
P.S. Doghead I hope to see you and Mrs. Doghead at haspin this year, sounds like we...
Hey Guys, I went to lube my air pack on the old girl today, and couldn't get the allen plug out. I checked the threads in the search box, but didn't have any luck. Does anyone know of another place to introduce the oil into the air pack ?

Boy the timing on this thread could not have been any better. I went out to start the Deuce on Saturday and nothing but a click. With the Wife on the starter button I got under the hood and got my hand on the relay. When the starter button was pressed the relay clicked, but did not turn the...
I want to salute to Doc, Gimpy, Cabel and everone else ( espically Kipman) that gave me a hand getting the wench on my truck. I hope everyone made it home safe, hope to see ya all next time.

Sorry in advance, because I'm sure this has been discussed already, but I was wanting to install a pyrometer on the Deuce so that I could turn her up a little. Where is a good place to get one, and what is a fair price?
Thanks
Brett
Boy I really feel lucky, here in Ohio there really is no inspections per say. The women at the BMV didn't even know look at the lights, just the number on the data plate. Where did you get the 24 volt back up light bulbs from?
