The option of having bumper numbers rather than an ugly license plate sounds like a great option and I read between the lines about the use of the truck given...
But what you will get is the 'SF-97' that you give to the State of Texas and THEY WILL ISSUE YOU A TITLE.
register it with bumper numbers - it's MUCH CHEAPER that way
