    Brake smoking and dragging hard

    Hi, was cruzing the deuce and noticed on of my brakes smoking bad upon further inspection after jacking it up it was really hot and could not spin it at all, was wonder if this has happened to anyone else, the wheel cyl must be stuck out ? And also how did they get the drum off with the brakes...
