I meant to update earlier... i left the shop last night and my buddy went TO the shop and adjusted it for me. The freaking thing is perfect now.
Tomorrow I'm going to hem him up and force him to tell me what he did! 😁😆😅
Changed the temp sending unit, exhaust pipe gasket, thermostat gasket, touched up paint and have been driving her all day.
So far (knock on wood) all is well!

For the record, I've broken down and changed the tires on my M715 approximately 20-25 times and even with precaution, have never had one unseat on me using the method I was taught (which I outline below):

Ok gents-
I've tried and tried, but I cannot seem to get the sag out of my driver's door.
I've adjusted the hinges (I have found they move them in and out)
The doors themselves
And in the process got the gap too tight (Note the chipped paint)
I cannot seem to get the gap correct and...
The filter was dry. I pulled the pump and stroked it by hand and it was moving fuel. I am going to pull the valve cover today and make sure the eccentric is driving it and move forward from there, as the last thing I touched in that circuit was the eccentric. It may ha e loosened up.
Well, I had the "high speed" test yesterday.
I'm proud to say she ran flawlessly!
Speedo vs GPS speed, and the transmission/transfer case was in the sweet spot...
