Hello guys hope fully I can get some closure here .Recently hard my motor rebuilt and we installed the transmission but for some reason ,it won’t t engage in reverse checked wires everything looked supposedly good but still no reverse …was forced to a do swap with another tranny but problem...

Interesting … my mechanic has tried switching parts from the order transmission,the valve body and played around with the kick back cable nothing ,reassembled the entire transmission still no luck …something on the outside I’m guessing ,my head is fried !!

Wow ! I m not feeling the converter lockup would that cause the tranny not engaging in 5th ?

Hey guys trouble in paradise …my transmission wont go in 5th gear ,thought it was bad gear and clutches and all …changed all that ,oil clean inside out. I have pretty much put every part I ordered together ..see pics .Though the challenge even after replacing water separator /secondary fuel filter priming and getting air out ..motor turn but wont crank ...checked the fuel lines at the injectors barely any fuel getting there ..loosened the Banjo...

Thanks a lot and yes ..just couldn't get to it I thought I could quickly get it running ..however was gladly receiving some good info as well particularly adding the Fuse Block, Mod and getting the emergency switch installed .I have almost all the parts except the switch won't make it till...

Great help much appreciate ..still digging in today I was able to pick up some fuses and and fuse block from fuseco some company Norcross ga .I ordered some blue discs yesterday which should be getting help sometime weekend.I will be taking the cover off and look around per your recommendation...

i finally hear the fuel pump ..and the dash is light omehow I was able to trun the motor from the main switch..im thinking airlock at this point trying to purge now ..any ideas would be appreciated.

well I merged the two wires on the emergency shut off and got some power finally to the panel and now trying to prime and hopefully it start will keep you posted

Makes sense possibly that ..its got two wires inside maybe try to link them..possible not sure

No actually it probably mothballed ...was a decent deal on govplanet ..so i took the bait.

I'm basically getting no power from the main switch and all control are dead flat..I was only able to turn the motor from the inside dead crank switch

Ok recently purchased this generator off gov and all fluid were drained .I put the oils,coolant,new batteries and fuel to their appropriate level.i turned the knob and nothing is showing on the gauges,tried the inside switch ,the motor only turned and almost run with starting fluid ..I know bad...

I was able to check the governor and the filter which had a little pieces of rubber assuming its seals from somewhere..the transmission had some slug once I took the bottom cover and cleaned very well.I ran it today move a little better and stalled at times in second and almost came to a craw.I...
