Doing the valves in my M818 and I have run into some conflicting information. My Cummins shop manual says 30 degrees on valve and seats, while the TM says 30 degrees on seats, 45 on exhaust valve face, and 30 on intake, which sounds like a miss print to me. Anybody know the correct answer? I...

O K- Well, now I've got some issues. Pulled the top end off after trying to lever open some valves, and some were stuck. 3 cylinders have rust and corrosion in them. No coolant that I can tell.
