    Thanks dog head not sure where to find the -20 Tm but I do have 24 volts at the connector of the gp's when they are all plugged in...not sure how to measure resistance.... From the connector lead to??

    No I don't..i suppose I can pull a gp and ground housing to see if it heats up...I just assumed ( I know what happens upon assuming) that with 24 v at the connector I should be ok

    Thank you for your response warthog! I have 11.45 v at key on and 11.36v at cranking and yes i can hear the relay upon plugging and unplugging pink wire. I understand what the results may be with carb spray....but this is my first diesel and it's hard to get away from gas engine ideas lol. Kind...

    I recently purchased a 86 m1009 completely stock (24v) system w/6.2 it does have a plow but that is not the issue. Last week it started hard, not being plugged in I thought that was normal... ( used for plowing snow in Minnesota) drove normally about an 8 mile trip. And shut off plugged in...
