    Well, the problem only happens when the truck is running. The batteries hold when the truck is off and the accessories switch is also off, so no current drain on that part. I don't know if the generator got hot or not, I did not check that and already disposed it. I still have to trace the wires...

    M35A2 voltage problem

    Hi, I'm having issues with my '68 Deuce. When I check the voltage out of the batteries, I get 24v but I know I should be getting 26+volts when the engine is running. It has what looks like the 25v generator with the external regulator. My question is... could it be a bad ground?? because it does...

    Recovery of my Deuce, weekend of May 31 and June 1

    Good luck bonedoc! Let me know if you need a place to park it overnight or work on it in case you run into any issues. I'm about 30 minutes west of 495 in the Virginia side and have plenty of room and some tools available.
