Before importing anything "modified" (ie bobbed, hot rodded, lifted, etc) be sure to check with the appropriate authorities (DOT, Registrar of Imported Vehicles (https://www.riv.ca/Home.aspx), etc) in Canada. Depending on the details some modifications and even some vehicle are disallowed from...
Not to nit pick but this one is a Western Star 6900XD 6x6, you can see the big "W" on the hood. I remember reading about it in some Western Star brochures and on their website years ago.
The drilling rig moving company I worked for had a Kenworth C500 6x6 planetary axle Winch tractor and the...
So lets see what we have so far, 26.5" wide 69" tall (Solid rubber from what I can find), 3000HP "experimental" 200lb diesel engine, that you want to be street legal and go fast? Sounds like a fantasy but I would like to see it if you pull it off.

In position 1 everything operates as normal automatic mode and the second outlet is blocked prevent the control line from leaking back...
Also when a single turbo is used above its design parameters (higher boost), while it does create more boost it also creates huge amounts of heat, which increase intake temps and cause the motor to run hot. This excess heat is hard to drop even with a large intercooler.
Proprly designed Twins...
