Before anyone decides to try and educate me on load capacities, I'll share that this load was moved on my own property not public roads and at low speed.
I'm fully aware that i "may" have exceeded the rated load limit just a little.....LOL
That being said with the side boards and hoops...
I'm super pleased with how it turned out.
You will actually need two sets of troop seats to do what I did. I'm using a set and a 1/2 if you will, as the headache rack is 1/2 of a set.
If that's a sticking point for you PM me. bought a stack of the seats and i'm pretty sure I have an odd...
P.S. my install did require drilling some holes in both the troop seat as well as the top flange of the trailer.
I was however able to use the existing well-nuts in the corners of the trailer. These are hidden blind holes in the corners with no access to hold a nut unless you wanted to...
I'm traveling so I can't provide any pictures until I'm back.
I'm using the cover that was made for the trailer. The front headache rack if you will is one half of a troop seat and it did require that brackets to hold the front hoop be modified ( stretched longer) for the cover to fit...
The axle and drums are the lions share I can estimate the dressed backing plate weight. I've google the NSN of the parts in pics but am not seeing a weight reference
M.
I need to get a weight on just the axle to include the brakes and drums. Anyone know or have an idea of where this could be looked up?
Thanks in advance

I'm finally getting around to restoration on my M715 not have much luck on cab seals and weather strips.
I've found the window felts and a lower windshield weather strip, but that all.
Anyone have a good source for the rest?
M.
It's a Braden LU2-133 but I don't think it's correct for the M715. Does anyone recognize what it might have been on originally ?
The bumper and brackets were " creatively " pieced together. although it has a couple torch cuts the main mount bracket appears to have been an original piece...
I've looked through the TM twice and don't seem to see these. Judging by the amount and types paint I blasted off them, I'm thinking they were original to the trailer.
Anyone got an idea of what they were for? one on each front corner.
M.
Pulled home another trailer today it came with a bucket of the original oak tool holders and I'm trying to figure out where they all go. Anyone have a picture that they could share?
Thanks in advance
M.
The filler and cap are M35 but those are right in the tank on the Deuce.
The filler neck is something i've not seen before. The M715 is similar but it does not reduce in size like this does. \

I was surprised how complete it was too.... I haven't decided if I'm gonna put all of it back on or offer the gen set stuff up to someone trying to get a gen. trailer correct. I could use the $ to fund a few other things I'm working on.
M.
The gen set is gone but the filler neck, under belly gas tank and protection shield and the fuel hoses and bulkhead fitting were all still present and in real decent shape. There was also a protection shield for the fuller neck . Guy I got it from hauled it be to Wisconsin from Arizona
