Hey guys it was a combination of idle screw adjustment and cleaning the governor. there was a bunch of dust all over the governor and other things too but it's purring like a kitten now thanks guys SB

Hey tommys2patrick, thanks and I will, yes I went through the TM's and I saw on the engine one where the idle screw on the top was at but not anything about idle RPM on the carb but I did see something on the governor for top speed and for bottom speed. SB

It seems to be idling way to fast, what do i.e. end to check first?? Carb or governor??? thanks SB
