    Registering Deuce in Arkansas

    I just got my Deuce registered here in Arkansas about 2 months ago. Man it was a pain. I own a business, so it was better for me to go with commercial insurance and commercial tags. I live up here in N.E. Arkansas in clay county, and no matter how much paperwork I go into the revenue office...
