    suspension lift for m35 2 1/2

That is a good idea to gain rear articulation clearance. The predecessor to the M35, the M34 had wheelwells in their bed like that.

    suspension lift for m35 2 1/2

No, it is still just an idea in my head, but I would really like to have one lifted 8 in. with all 3 axles intact. A person sent me a message and pictures with a video telling, and showing how they did theirs the same way though. They shortened the frame and the bed about 3 ft., and then double...

how to turn up fuel...in pictures?

Well I have since discovered I don't have a G code fuel pump that is harder to turn up than later models. I watched Tatical Repair's tutorial and learned that it is very easy to turn up a non-G code pump without the chance of the "innards" dropping into some hard to retrieve place. So I...

Fuel leaking on turbo from ?

I am having the same fuel leaking on to the turbo problem, I plugged the in and out threaded holes on the manifold heater injector, but have not yet found caps to cap off the fuel supply and return line. So you just unhooked the return line from the "T", then unhooked the supply line from the...

    Lifting a Bobbed Deuce

Thats what I am talking about!!! That lifted 3 axle M35 looks awsome! That lift and tire combo are what I wish mine had. Thank you for sending me a message and link to video showing what it looks like and how it does/articulates off road. Did you do power steering too? How and what gauge steel...

how to turn up fuel...in pictures?

I did the 50 cent trick or "quarter crap" on my 1971 M35A2 with C turbo, and saw a noticible improvement in power. When I upgraded to 11-20 tires I stacked another quarter for a total of 3 in the fdc. I am pleased with the improvements in power, streetability, turbo spool sound, hill climbing...

    Lifting a Bobbed Deuce

Driveline Angles I know the driveshafts will be at steeper angles and can cause unwanted vibration especially the shorter front. Lockout hubs would take care of the front as the front driveshaft would not spin unless the locked in (both by air switch and the front hubs engaged), and vibration...

    Lifting a Bobbed Deuce

Thanks for input on 3 Axle lifted M35A2. I am in the thinking it over phase, and if you could just lower the whole tandem rear assembly as a unit, and then use Black Rock Fab. front spring mounts, widen the stance with the super singles and then maybe power steering as a bonus, and not have any...

    Lifting a Bobbed Deuce

Before somebody replies just put 395's on it, without otherwise lifting it...I know they fit, but the tire to fender and bed clearance looks funny, there is rubbing issues, and why not also get 8 inches of lift plus the bigger tires to keep the stance and tire clearances lookin tough like it...

    Lifting a Bobbed Deuce

I know this thread is on lifting bobbed Deuces, but are there any pictures and build ideas/methods on lifting a non-bobbed 3 axle M35A2 with 395's/46 inch tires that just barely fit on the rear tandems?

    suspension lift for m35 2 1/2

Thank you all for the responses on some ideas on how to lift a 6x6 M35A2. I have contacted Black Rock Fab. and they can make the 8 inch front leaf spring brackets to handle the front part (they can make 8 inch brackets for the rear if it was going to be bobbed like Hank's Deuce which is an...

    suspension lift for m35 2 1/2

I want to also lift my 6x6 M35A2 8 inches or more. Where are some pictures of these "double frame" lifts? Seems like a no brainer to me if braced good and strong. I think 46 inch tires with 8 inches of lift would look just fine in 6x6 form. Why do people think bobbers are the only way to lift...
