S1 switch broke while in prime and run position. Tried to use a pair of pliers to start but the plastic is too worn. Pushed in the emergency stop switch to stop the fuel prime. Any ideas on how to start? Will dead crank start? thank you!

The first 2 times I let it run for about 15 mins and then the fluctuations began. After that I have started it several time and about 5 mins later the Hz will start to swing.
