    What have you done to your CUCV today/lately? - Part 1

    Went to get out of M1009 and door wouldn't open, from inside or out. Took off door panel from inside fought with latch until open. I then tightened everything up in the latch (with a hammer) and reassembled. Now I can get out of my rig. Cheers, Clearboy

    Nice clean very stock 09, I get a steady 18.5 and I never go above 60mph. Speed kills (fuel economy)

    I really like the rack, the truck keeps it's purposeful look. Today (tonight) I started mine in zero weather w/o using the block heater. It was a test.

    I did the mod right after changing out fluids. I've had starters stick in other vehicles and I didn't like it.

    I think I followed the instructions pretty well. I unhooked both sides of the big resistor behind the aircleaner. I then wired into the 12v buss right by the glow plug relay. The glow plug(wait) light cycled but the truck was a no-go. I then wired it back up stock and it started right up. Last...

    I don't know. I plan on driving it all winter and since they are working i don't want to pull them until spring. I understand the 12v part, but it sure didn't want to start after the switch. Thanks.
