    . I purchased my first one on 6-25-19 and it’s was approved on 7-3-19. The second one was purchased 8-16-19 and approved on 9-4-19. I would be calling everyday til it got approved or sending the paperwork everyday.

    No. Just bought mine in May. IL said it has to have a 17 digit vin. Not sure why 83 vehicles and later don’t. Still searching.
