    Diode in glow plug circuit ?

    Hi folks, this is my first post. I’m working on an1986 M1008 I did a little research and could not find my answer. There is a 0583 diode that appears to be in the pink glow plug wire next to the fire wall?.. can you folks help me pin point what this is and what it is used for? I don’t...
