    I`m restoring 1966 A2 that was sitting outside for a decade so there is a lot of surface corrosion. Any tips as how to remove steering wheel that is corroded/rusted into steering column? Thank you

    Thank you for the info.Now I understand why Ford had to make a retrofit pivot. Shifter was dropped towards transfer case. Repair took me a couple of hours since I had to make new transmission cover gasket.

    Hi there, I accidentally removed reverse shifter arm pivot - hex bolt on left side of transmission case. I`ve put it right back in, but I do not know if it went back through the hole in the middle of shifter arm. Do I have to open the transmission or is there any other way to find out if...
