    yes 923 beds are 14 deuce is 12 i believe, cant remember but I think rrr had to cut 3' out of his 12' bed to make it fit, if you move bed 1' forward (moving tire and exhaust) you would still need to cut 2' out to get same look rrr has.

    yeah the trailer beds are little small on a deuce or a 800 series 5 ton, the 939 series just make the bed look even smaller. I have only seen 2 of the 939's with a trailer bed on them, one wasnt so bad because they lifted bed and had cover but the other one is just sitting on frame rails and...

    The tires should be 14.00 r 20 xzl's , also you are not going to need to shorten frame on a tractor they are already pretty short. I would say either a deuce bed or drop side would be fine, either one will need cut down for length. just to give idea here is a quick "bob" using a 931 tractor...
