I am going to try it with this: http://www.amazon.com/NorthStar-High-Pressure-Abrasive-Blasting-Kit/dp/B0000AX47C at 3500psi. It does not have good reviews on amazon but there are a few guys on the site that have used it on their trucks with good results.

Will washing it with the aggregate give it enough tooth for the primer to bind to the surface? Should I go with a rustoleum primer rather than the Rapco?
