I agree with warthog on that also! I had to cut one out on my last blazer by the fusebox! I forgot about that one! The horn uses a ground to activate instead of a positive so any split can ground the horn and cause it to sound!

The radio interference resitor! Un plug it from horn and plug horn directly into harness!!

Then u have a issue! Start tracing the wire! Check all fusses, fusible links etc

If it doesnt click your not getting fuel! Pull the wire off the ip! Check for 12 volts with key on!

Are u saying the motor turns over but doesnt fire?? Is the ip clicking when u turn the key on??

I use farm and fleet group size 31 there 90 bucks each!

675cca are a little week! In the future get 900-1000 cca to turn that hog over!!!

One thing about these trucks is once u figure out the system and how simple it is diagnostic becomes a snap!!

How many cca are those batts??
