    battery problem

    post a pic of the wire and someone here can tell you what it does and where it goes. sounds like your alt is putting out to much voltage causing your battery to cook. probably need to rebuild the alt. I need to rebuild my rear alt at this time. It is putting out almost 16volts. if your truck...
