    Unfortunately there's not been much help with this matter from vBulletin as they're focusing now on vB 5. There's only a few paths to try to deal with it. 1. Use FF, chrome, downgrade IE. 2. Try compatibility mode in IE. http://techathlon.com/internet-explorer-10-run-compatibility-mode/

    Was is IE10 that you loaded? There's a problem with the enter key and vBulletin that hasn't been addressed by the vendor.

    Again, I feel as though your issues are related to java on your PC and perhaps security settings. The quick reply window is all ajax based. What happens when you go to advanced reply?
