Lacquer thinner dissolves the varninsh in seconds. I put it in a squirt bottle and run it through all the lines too. You wouldnt believe the stuff that comes out if them. A disassembly and tune on the injectors is never a bad thing.

Not sure what effect it will have but when you put the plunger guide on the plunger shaft, there was a dot in one side. That dot needs to be facing a certain direction.
