    MEP-003A Unstable Hz problem. Any ideas?

    I had an 003 that would start at 1800 rpm with the the throttle cable all the way in. It was a rebuilt unit and I thought maybe the military did this to stop burning up regulators. I never got to figure out the way it was adjusted (sold it during Sandy). I would definately check all the cable...
