    No problem Gerhard. I just didn't want to pay $21.00 for a old NOS oil seal ! :) I knew someone had to have a new modern seal for this application.

    [ Gerhard, I downloaded the Timken seal catalog and according to it the seal #330480N is a single lip seal. The seal #323138 is a double lip seal and is used in over 960 automotive steering gears. I received my seals today and there is an extra outer lip on it. It is also new manufacture not...

    I've done 3 rebuilds so far and totally agree with "clinto" . Rebuild the thing or go power steering but don't waste your time and money just throwing seals at it.
