If you didn't bleed the ps its going to piss and moan....it's simple but can take time,its in the TM, I personally will fill, start, monitor level...turn steering wheel all the way hard left, hold and back the other way full right and hold....do this about 20 times. Yes....but you would,also have no brakes as the hydroboost assists in both PS and brakes...- Retiredwarhorses

Bad ps pump, lines plumbed wrong from ps pump, air in the system, bad hydroboost.- Retiredwarhorses
