    No it's a 12v starter he confirmed that. Just a small battery. But I want the 24v system back so the alternator works and the hour meter and all runs right.

    As some of you may know I own two MEP018A 10kw generators. One is all original and is a backup to my other one that's wired to my house. Problem is the owner before me converted it to 12v and now the hour meter don't run the alternator don't charge the battery and the 12v starter does not like...
