The mini-hercs are all fine and good, but they aren't the old Hercules by a long shot. Those C-130's are a legend. I guess because I have flown on them that I'll always be a sucker for them somehow. It was just about the time my enlistment was up that all of our deployments went from military...

Are there any more of the C-130's still being built anywhere today? Or is what was built previously all that remains forever of the "fleet"?

I'm guessing the trucker who pulls into the Truck Stop with a load like that on his or her trailer has automatic bragging rights. I sure would love to see one of those on the road. :jumpin:
