    MEP002A- Hertz meter stuck on 64

    Eventually you will end up replacing the meter... Even if John's advice works (and it might, after all his dad fixed TVs that way!) it won't resolve the underlying problem with the meter. What I'd suggest is doing a search and watch on eBay. I got a brand new meter/sender on eBay for about $10...
